MR.R Sublimation Blanks Color Polyester Mesh Caps with Top White are made from poly-foam and polyester. Each pack contains 2 caps and they are available in 15 different colors. The size is adjustable, fitting M/L/XL, with a crown height of 3.74 inches, a brim length of 7.5 inches, and a hat width of 7.87 inches.

To transfer images onto the sublimation blank cap, follow these steps:

1. Select your desired print design from your computer.
2. Print the design onto MR.R 105gsm Premium Sublimation heat transfer paper using an EPSON or Sawgrass sublimation ink printer. The recommended temperature is 410℉ (210℃) for 40 seconds. Please note that these settings may vary depending on the quality of your heat press. You can find sublimation paper, ink, and heat press machines in the MR.R online store.
3. Cut the sublimation paper and wrap it around the cap's white top. Use MR.R heat resistant tape to secure the paper in place.
4. Use an MR.R cap heat press or combo heat press machine to transfer the image onto the cap.
5. Once the transfer is complete, you will have a personalized cap in a vibrant color. These caps make excellent customized gifts for friends, family, or as corporate gifts.
